Project Overview:
Crums Mill Office Center V is the final phase to be constructed at the Crums Mill Office Center located at the intersection of Colonial and Crums Mill Road in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County Pennsylvania. The project proposed the construction of a two story 25,000 sq.ft. office building and associated parking facilities. Navarro & Wright worked closely with Facilities Planners + Architects, Inc. to develop a site that would satisfy the clients needs. Navarro & Wright provided the site layout, design and utilities engineering necessary to obtain the approvals of Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The project required the relocation of a sanitary lateral and storm sewer lines which service the adjacent office building, abandonment and removal of utility poles and service lines and the addition of approximately 100 parking spaces within a very limited footprint of available land.
Results: Navarro & Wright worked closely with the General Contractor, Pyramid Construction, Inc. and the owner, Facilities Planners & Architects, Inc., to assure that the project proceeded smoothly. The project was delivered as a design build within a very aggressive time frame.
