Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. served as prime engineer for development of the Master Site Plan for Kelker Park. The project consisted of redeveloping a former landfill site, having an area of approximately 10 acres, into a community park which includes as key features a main pavilion equipped with kitchen facilities, an amphitheater, jogging and biking trails and leisure/picnic facilities and roadway to the facility. We also developed cost opinions for construction of the park and designed water and sewer facilities, including a pumping station to service the park.
