Project Overview:
Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. prepared a master concept plan and report with construction costs and recommendations for construction of a park area on approximately six acres along the Conodoguinet Creek. The site plan consisted of an access road, parking and universal field area for softball, and walking paths.
The project included attendance at public meetings and coordination of facilities, such as equipment, pavilion, water, electric, telephone, and lighting
