N&W welcomes Jason Richards as Quality Assurance Department Manager. Jason brings with him over thirteen years of extensive experience. He will oversee N&W’s Quality Assurance Department for all non-transportation related projects and our CCRL-inspected (approved) Construction Materials Laboratory.
Prior to joining Navarro & Wright, Jason was the Construction Services Department Manager for ECS, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations and scheduling of a 12+ personnel material testing department. Jason brings with him over thirteen (13) years of extensive experience with field observations of light and heavy duty asphalt testing, soils testing, masonry and concrete testing, fireproofing testing, reinforcing steel, structural steel inspections, foundations, caisson, and roofing observation and documentation, plan and specification review, test boring, and subsurface exploration oversight. His experience also includes post concealment investigations and core sampling of both concrete and asphalt and his laboratory experience includes tracking and testing of concrete and masonry lab specimens.
