N&W welcomes Gretchen Yarnall, Transportation Environmental / Engineering Specialist! Gretchen’s primary responsibility will be to focus on the P3 Rapid Bridge Replacement Project utilities coordination. She will also serve as a representative for the firm in a business development capacity as needed. She has interdisciplinary experience in environmental planning and cultural resource management working in both the public and private sectors and has spent much of her career involved in National Environmental Policy Act compliance and consultation under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966. She has a B.S. and an M.A. degree from Penn State University.
