Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. provided precision layout for the installation of new rails for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, along the Blue Line Extension between the Addison Road Metro Station and the new stations in Largo. Offsets for top of rail vertical and horizontal placement were provided at 10 foot intervals. This work, included recovering control, coordination with the detail build consultant (Jacobs Engineering), and the construction team (Lane, Skanska, Metroplex Corporation). Navarro & Wright attended setup and progress meetings, provided field crews for layout and did document review and preparation.
